GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Class descriptions are divided into three categories so it’s easy to find the class you’re looking for. All three locations have schedules which include classes from the genres listed below. Please check specific gym location for an exact, up-to-date class schedule, or download our app. It’s compatible with Apple and Droid, and can be found by searching 10 Star Fitness. (App Coming SOON)
Cardio Classes- This is any class that purposefully elevates the heart-rate with the intention of burning calories and breaking a sweat.
Mind/Body Classes- This is any class that is designed to minimize stress, build core muscles, develop flexibility, and cater to both the mind and the body.
Strength and Training Classes- This is any class that utilizes weight training in order to build strength, stamina, and increase metabolism.
